The concert took place as part of a cycle of cultural events, which included the opening of an exhibition of Corregio at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, and a number of exhibitions of modern art in Moscow.

The aim of the large-scale project is to make Italian culture more popular abroad – in countries where Enel has offices. Enel, a leader on the international energy market, has been working in Russia since 2004.

The guests at this concert included His Excellency the ambassador of the Italian Republic in Russia Vittorio Claudio Surdo, Mrs. Roia Surdo, and the General Director of Enel for Russia and the CIS Dominique Fache.
