At the legendary restaurant Yar on 8 March, a Gala will be held – a meal prepared by French master chef Monsieur Xavier Mathieu, holder of a MICHELIN STAR since 2001, and the creator of over 1,000 original dishes.

From 5 to 8 March, the restaurant will be hosting Xavier Mathieu, the owner and master chef of Le Phebus hotel, in the center of Provence, near Avignon (France).
