Opening of the Russian Golf Championship 2008

The 3rd opening of the Russian Polo Championship on grass will be held on August 30 and 31, 2008 at the Moscow Polo Club, located just outside Moscow in Aksenovo. The tournament is know internationally as the "Russian Open Polo Championship 2008".

The following teams will be taking part in the tournament: Land Rover. This team's sponsor is the world-famous producer of prestigious off-road vehicles, who know no obstacles.

Ahmad Tea. Polo is personified world-wide by the British way of life. The ancient beverage and the ancient ball game are still preferred by the British aristocracy.

MAN. The company "MAN Russian Automobiles" support their own Russian team with the "horse power" of their powerful trucks.

The team of the Moscow Polo Club, presented by the organisers of this tournament, is an experienced and strong participant, whose trainer and sports manager is Ernan Traverso Laclau, the Argentinean professional with a handicap of 4.
