Tournament for the title of WBKF kickboxing world champion

On May 29, 2008, the tournament for the title of WBKF kick-boxing world champion in the most prestigious category the super heavy weight (over 93kg) will be held in the ring of the “Arbat” fight club of the “Arbat” Cultural & Entertainment Centre.

The tournament will follow the Olympic system, with knockout after defeat. The Four Pariticipants:

Karim Ladgissi (France, Paris): French Kickboxing Champion 2007, two-time French Champion of Thai Boxing,

Alexei Kudin “KIRPICH” (Belorussia, Minsk): WBKF World Champion 2007, Kickboxing World Cup Champion 2007, WBKF Kickboxing European Champion 2007 and 2006 Thai Boxing World Champion,

Pavel Zhuravlev “CAIMAN” (Ukraine, Sevastopol): 2003 World Champion, 2006 and 2007 WBKF European Champion, two-time WBKF Kickboxing Champion of the CIS and 2004 winner of the 2004 Thai boxing King of Thailand Cup.

Sergei Lashchenko “SEREGA” (Ukraine, Kiev): many-time winner of Ukrainian competitions and winner of the Ukrainian Championship.
