The “1171” bar is another of Konstantin Bukarev’s club projects (after “Dacha” was closed). Bukarev is the creator of the Night Life Awards, and the publisher of “Ne spat!” and “The eXile”. “1171” is situated on Savvinskaya Embankment, next to the Chapurin House of Fashion.
