The key-concept of the gastronomic pub “Simple things” is the city gastronomic café with simple, home-style décor and high quality food. The idea came from “gastropubs” which are in fashion now in the UK, but the similarity is more in the matter of environment than concept. This is everyday, anytime style of an establishment. The interior design uses simple materials: wooden floor and furniture, brass bar and lamps, manila paper for tablecloths.
