This restaurant opened on 25 January 2007. The cuisine is pan-Asian, bringing together all the cuisines of Asia. The simplest methods of cooking are used – wok, grill, teppan and oven. The interior of Nedalny Vostok is in the quintessential Moscow style. It is the first restaurant in the capital designed by professionals from the Japanese company “Superpotato”. This is the architecture and design company which designed the London restaurants Zuma and Roka.
